THE ESTATE ON LAKE WINNIPESAUKEE

In the spring of 2008, Stonehill Builders completed an exclusive summer home on famed Lake Winnipesauke in central New Hampshire. The expansive home measures in at 8,800 square feet and sits on the prime real estate of prestigious Governor's Island.

The view from the lake is breathtaking. As boaters pass by, they are treated to a view of gorgeous arches, beautiful Italian masonry and a wrap around maintenece-free deck.

If guests arrive by car, they are met by the

equally astounding front of the house and

the perfectly manicured landscaping.

The cottage style lakehouse, which blends together traditional and modern features, was designed and built by Stonehill to achieve the dreams of our client. We are proud of the new landmark we have put upon Winnipesaukee's shores.

The inside of this home is where our finish carpenters were truely allowed to shine.

It is here that our carpentry staff took

woodworking from a mere craft to a fine art.

Taking a cue from the ancient Romans, we

handcrafted the archways and built columns

with patient prescision.
